The Delta state Commissioner for Health, Dr. Nicholas Azinge has confirmed six suspected cases in the Agbor area of the state.

Channels TV reports that Azinge confirmed this although three of the 6 suspected cases have been treated and discharged, some are still being treated at the Federal Medical Centre in Asaba, Delta State.

He confirmed efforts of the state towards confirming these cases as samples taken from the patients have been sent to the World Health Organisation for confirmation.
