A special team set up by the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, arrived Jalongo on Thursday.

Their ,mission is to anravel why and how three officers on spcial duties and a civilian were killed by soldiers of the Nigerian Army.

The officers were on their way from Ibi to Jalingo, capital of Taraba state, when they were attacked and killed by soliers.

The team, led by DIG Mike Ogbizi and also has ACP Abba Kyari with him, have visited the site of the incident and are already recording successes in piecing together the different sides to the incident.
