Mr Fatai Oyedele popularly known as Diekola has collapsed in court. Diekola, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State together with Segun Adekilekun and Sikiru Lawal were brought to court on Wednesday after they were arrested by the police before the governorship rerun on September 27.

As reported by Punch, Diekola who has a plaster on his hand slumped after the accused persons were called into the dock.

Diekola was given a chair but the case was adjourned to November 23 for plea taking after the Magistrate, Mr Segun Ayilara ruled that he could not take the plea of a dying person.
