Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the no case submission by alleged mastermind of the 2010 Independence Day bombing, Charles Okah.

Although the court dropped the treason charge against him, he is however to face charges of Terrorism.

Justice Kolawole explained that the charges of treason was dropped because the prosecution did not cite any evidence in court to prove that the President Goodluck Jonathan, the target of the blast, in eagles square, was intimidated by the attack.
