A suicide car bomb has exploded at a checkpoint in Damaturu, capital of yuobe state killing at least 5 people.
The incident took place in the outskirts of Damaturu, on the highway that leads to Maiduguri. Our source said the suicide bomber may have been headed for the heart of the town when he was intercepted by the police of stop and search operations.
