President Muhammadu Buhari will on Monday meet the All Progressives Congress caucus in the House of Representatives.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, confirmed the meeting to newsmen at State House, Abuja on Sunday.
According to Mallam Shehu, the meeting will hold at 5pm at the New Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa.
Political watchers believe the meeting will attempt to find a middle ground between conflicting factions in the Green chamber.
On Saturday, the last round of “I no go gree” played out when the Gbajabiamila faction came with a swift reaction to reject the allocation of offices as proposed by the Speaker Dogara group.
But with the last intrigues, the Ghajabiamila group, being favoured by the APC position in the conflict seem to have been depleted with the extension of some office to his former supporters in the “Dogara formula.”
