By Monday, President Muhammadu Buhari will be travelling to Paris to begin a 3-day official visit to France at the invitation of President Francois Hollande.
President Buhari will have with his on the trip the National Security Adviser, Major-General Babagana Monguno and Permanent Secretaries in the Ministries of Defence, Fiance, Agriculture, Foreign Affairs, Industry, Trade and Investment.
Others are the Chief Executives of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission and the Nigerian Export Promotion Council.
Apart from his first assignment on Monday evening which is meeting with President Hollande, President Buhari and his team will also meet with other France Senior Officials from the Defence, Finance and Public Accounts, Economy and Industry, Foreign Affairs and International Development.
Talks will focus on the further strengthening and consolidation of ongoing bilateral cooperation between Nigeria and France with special attention on Security, Defence and the Economy.
President Buhari is expected to meet with the Chief Executive Officers of leading French multinational companies like Total and Lafarge to review their current investments in Nigerian and project into the future.
Before returning to Nigeria on Wednesday, the President is scheduled to meet with African Ambassadors to France and an interactive session with members of the Nigerians community in Paris.
