Senator Olusola Adeyeye has assumed position as the Chief Whip of the Senate.
A letter read by the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki in plenary moments ago, said the endorsement came following the consideration by the South West caucus of the All Progressives Congrress.
It would be recalled that the position has been vacant since the inauguration of the 8th Senate.
