The Senate on Tuesday screened ten out of Thirty-seven ministerial nominees sent to it by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The nominees answered questions from senators on topical issues relating to their previous offices as well as petitions before the senate.

The attention of the senate was also drawn to the fact that names of the state and portfolio of the nominees should be attached in subsequent list to enhance the quality of the screening process.

Spokesman of the Senate, Dino Melaye while briefing Senate Correspondents immediately after the screening assured that the Senate will take on another ten nominees on Wednesday.

The screening is likely to end on Thursday.
