Over 60 members of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra have been arrested and charged to court by the Imo state police command for an alleged breach of peace, conspiracy and belonging to unlawful society.
Disclosing this to newsmen during a press briefing, state commissioner for police, Austin Evbakhavbakun said the members of the group threatened and breached public peace on Saturday, the 30th of May.

He warned that the police will not condone any act by any group that threatens public peace.
Items recovered from them includes biafran uniforms, biafran i.d cards, flags and buses.
