In what has become more of a regular ritual, some APGA youths will today visit the grave of late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu over the defection of Chief Peter Obi to the PDP

State deputy chairman of APGA, Ifeanyi Udokwu, who disclosed this to HOMELAND NEWS in Awka that the intended move by over five thousand youths is an expression that Ojukwu had remain the leader of the party even after his death.

“We are going to his grave again to invoke his spirit, consult him, tell him developments in the party as well as our wishes,” Udokwu stated.

The deputy chairman said that the visit by the youth would be led by some stakeholders of the party but he refused to disclose their names.

He described Peter Obi’s defection as his Constitutional and fundamental rights but stressed that the move would not in any way affect the fortunes of APGA in the 2015 general elections.

There are however those who say that the fortunes APGA took a turn for the worst when it began to consult the spirit of the dead for solutions to the challenges facing the party.
