Residents of Gombi LGA in Adamawa state this night fled to rocks and mountains following at attack launched by suspected Boko Haram insurgents.
Reports are that the insurgents have been overpowered by the army who swiftly launched a counter attack and killed most of the terrorist. Casualty figure is yet to be confirmed.
Gombi LGA is about 45 km away from Yola
