A federal High Court sitting in Abuja has made an order for alternative service of the disqualification claims on General Muhammadu Buhari and his party the All Progressive Congress.
The claimant in the suit, Chike Okafor, on Tuesday approached the court alleging that the defendants were evading service.
Trial judge, Niyi Ademola ordered that the defendants can be served through a publication in a national newspaper and adjourned the case to Monday, the 9th of February.
Mr. Okafor is asking the court to disqualify Gen. Buhari who is the Presidential Candidate of the APC from the forth coming election on the grounds of the controversies trailing Gen. Buhari’s academic qualification.
