A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has ordered that prosecution witnesses in the trial of the alleged mastermind of Nyanya bomb attack, Aminu Ogwuche and others to be completely shielded from public view.
The order followed an application by the prosecuting counsel, Mohammed Diri, who requested that the identity of prosecution witnesses be shielded with tinted screens for security reasons.
The prosecution team were to call on witnesses but would not proceed until assured of the safety of witnesses.
