A federal high court in Abuja has dismissed applications submitted by the Nigerian police accusing alleged Nyanya-Bomb mastermind Sadiq Ogwuche as being responsible for the explosion in Nyanya, a suburb of the Federal capital city, earlier this year.
Justice Ademola Ademiyi dismissed the application for lack of diligent prosecution and follow up by the Nigerian police and ordered that the accused be allowed access to proper medication, three lawyers, his wife and his brother.
