The leadership crisis rocking the Bayelsa State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party is still far from over following the suspension of the Chairman Sam Inokoba by the State Working Committee.
HOMELAND NEWS gathered that different factions are beginning to emerge in the PDP in the state .
While some factions are supporting the suspension of the Chairman for an alleged N40m fraud, the other faction says those behind the suspension of the chairman does not have the interest of the party but playing the script of some persons in authority.
The State Working Committee which suspended the Chairman were not happy about the delay in response from the National Working Committee and have threatened to take action alleging conspiracy in the Presidency.
Another group known as “the Aboriginal PDP in Bayelsa State” comprising mainly of chieftains that founded the party, former political office holders, past and current state executive committee members has debunked the purported threat issued by the other group describing it as baseless.
