The order also grants AMCON the possession of all movable and immovable assets of the defendants in nine locations in Abuja, Lagos and Ilorin.
This is coming 24 hours after the former governor, with other associates, flagged off a political movement, Rescue Nigeria Project.
It is believed that the new group will form the nucleus of an alternative political movement for politicians who will be displaced in the troubled PDP and cannot find shelter in the ruling APC.
