The Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike has gotten an approval to borrow N10bn.
Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Ikuinyi-Owaji Ibani said the governor’s request was to kick start government due to the empty treasury it met.
The speaker said the money will be spent on the rehabilitation of some roads, and the government house.
The long abandoned Judiciary will also receive some attention.
