President Goodluck Jonathan has given an indication that he will be taking a short break to rest outside of the country when he hands over by May twenty nine, to incoming President, Muhammadu Buhari.
The President promised to return stronger to help in rebuilding the PDP.
He was addressing the National Working Committee of the party in a closed door meeting in Abuja.
President Jonathan urged the party members to cease from blaming one another for the outcome of the general elections but instead unite and prepare for the task ahead.
Members of the NWC present at the meeting, share the regret in the manner it lost the elections, particularly in some of its traditional states like Plateau, Benue, Niger and Bauchi.
