Nigerian Oil workers have suspended their four day industrial action
This followed a protracted meeting between the workers, Officials of the Nigerian government and Multinational Oil companies in Abuja.
The suspension followed an agreement reached at five O clock Friday morning by all the parties on the contending issues that led to the strike.
One of the decisions reached was that the transfer and termination of the Port Harcourt Zonal secretary of PENGASSAN, Elo Victor-Ogbondah by Total Nigeria Limited be re-instated
The fourteen hour meeting also agreed that all the parties should meet and decide on the best productive line of action for the Petroleum Industry Bill
