Former Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano has been granted bail by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Chairman of the Commission, Abdulrasheed Bawa, announced this at an event in Abuja on Monday.

Mr. Obiano was arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on Thursday, March 17, at 8.30pm.
The former governor was about to board a place to Houston, Texas, in the United States of America hours after officially leaving office as a state governor.
He is being accused of misappropriation of public funds, including N5bn SURE-P allocation for the state.
N37bn security voted alleged to have been withdrawn in cash, part of which used to finance political activities is also being investigated.
Though he has been bailed, he is yet to leave the EFCC facility in Abuja where he has been since Friday.
Efforts are ongoing by his associates to perfect the terms for the administrative bail.
