An Oyo state high court has granted an ex-parte motion baring the Department of State Service and Attorney General of the Federation from arresting Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho

The court also stopped the DSS or the AGF from blocking Sunday Igboho’s bank accounts.

Justice Ladiran Akintola gave the order following an ex-parte motion moved by a lawyer, Yomi Aliu, on behalf of Sunday Igboho.

The suit was then adjourned to the 18th of August.

Sunday Igboho has been detained in the Republic of Benin after he was arrested while making his way out of the country.
