Civil Servants in Osun State have threatened to embark on industrial action over their six months unpaid salaries.
The state chairman of the Trade Union Congress, Adetunji Oladele  stated this in Osogbo the state capital after a meeting held with the state head of service and  said some of the workers find it difficult to feed their families due to the development.
In an interview with HOMELAND  NEWS in Osogbo, one of the Civil Servants in the state who does not want his name to be mentioned said that he was unable to pay the school fees of his children and pleaded with the government to find a lasting solution to the ugly development.
But the director of information to  the state Governor, Rauf Aregbesola pleaded with the workers to exercise patience.
 Semiu Okanlawon  said that the state government was unable to pay the workers’ salaries due to the insufficient allocation received from  the federal government.
