The election in Anambra has been enveloped in uncertainty following threats by the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, not to allow the election to hold.
Various stakeholders, particularly opinion leaders from the state, have been speaking on the negative consequence of no having an election in the state.
Violent attacks and killings by yet to be definitely identified persons have created fear among the people and it is unclear how free the people will be to come out and vote on the election day.
